Climate causes corals mortality; new study finds

A current study published in Current Biology by scientists have found that climate change drives the corals towards high mortality. Climate change causes the elevation of overall temperature, which in turn creates heatwaves in waters. this heatwave is responsible for high mortality of corals by enhancing microbial activities, study says. the world is heating with a potential high rate than ever before.
